In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "up7777," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the up7777 platform, a licensed online gaming operator operating at up7777.org.
• "Platform" refers to the up7777 website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, live dealer products, and all associated features accessible at up7777.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or uses any part of the up7777 service.
• "Account" refers to the unique player account created upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all Platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds or promotional credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, welcome offers, reload bonuses, or other incentive-based credits applied to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by up7777 prior to the processing of withdrawal requests or as otherwise required by the platform's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to and participation on the up7777 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws or the platform's own operating policies.

By accessing the up7777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their contents.
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have also read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You acknowledge that up7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last updated and are effective as of 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the up7777 Terms & Conditions.

To register an account on up7777 and participate in any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. up7777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of its KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, or organisations may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or contractor of up7777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your Account's active life.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the up7777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in the forfeiture of winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

Players are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through their up7777 Account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all instructions given, whether or not such instructions were authorised by the Player. In this regard, Players must:

• Keep their login credentials — including password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify up7777 customer support upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
• Ensure that their Account information, including contact details and payment method information, remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not allow any other person to access or use their Account, including family members. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

up7777 will never contact players to request their account password. Any communication purporting to be from up7777 and requesting a password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately at [email protected].

up7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its absolute discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

All financial transactions on the up7777 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following approved payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL — Habib Bank Limited (bank transfer)
• UBL — United Bank Limited (bank transfer)
• Meezan Bank (Islamic banking transfer)

Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Player's Balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. up7777 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, Players should verify whether their payment provider applies any transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Before any withdrawal request is processed, the Player must have successfully completed KYC verification. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC), proof of payment method ownership, and any additional documentation reasonably requested by up7777's compliance team. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but up7777 targets completion within 24 to 72 hours of a verified request.

up7777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, and to delay or withhold processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and provided an opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

up7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the promotional offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Certain games — particularly those with a very high Return to Player (RTP) percentage — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in an Account after the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• up7777 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, or engaged in prohibited activities.

All casino games available on up7777 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, and Roulette — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of all games is determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the fact by up7777 or any other party.

With respect to sports betting, the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. up7777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical malfunction or human error.
• In-play bets are accepted up to the point of market suspension, which may occur at any time during a live event. up7777 will not be liable for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that market, which are available in the up7777 sports betting help section.
• up7777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, particularly where it suspects match-fixing, insider knowledge, or any other form of integrity violation.
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to the rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Where results are changed after initial settlement due to a regulatory decision, up7777 will re-settle affected bets accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the up7777 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to up7777 support.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit betting markets, casino games, or promotional offers.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, including shared accounts, stolen cards, or accounts belonging to third parties.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward up7777 staff or other players via any communication channel.

up7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations to player welfare extremely seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it is not a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or recovering losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the duration of the current gaming session, displayed at intervals chosen by the Player.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary self-exclusion lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot access or deposit to their Account.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their up7777 Account and be excluded from re-registering may request this via the account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the up7777 platform — including but not limited to the up7777 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of up7777 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform or its software.
• Use the up7777 name, logo, or trademarks in any public communication, commercial context, or media without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of up7777's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, up7777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or any other cause beyond up7777's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical errors, connectivity failures, or platform downtime.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Decisions or outcomes in casino games or sports betting markets, which are determined by certified RNG systems or real-world sporting events respectively.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits up7777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

up7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual Players. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

up7777 may, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate any Player's Account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information at any point.
• up7777 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to up7777.

Upon account termination for cause, up7777 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money balances not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which up7777 holds its international online gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is identified in up7777's current licensing documentation, which is available upon written request to [email protected].

In the event of any dispute between a Player and up7777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through the following process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player must submit a written complaint to up7777 at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the resolution sought. up7777 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 calendar days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, either Party may escalate the matter to up7777's licensing regulatory authority for independent adjudication.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Where regulatory adjudication does not resolve the dispute, the Parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be the jurisdiction of up7777's licence.

Nothing in this clause prevents up7777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or address ongoing breaches of these Terms.
